Welcome to HeartMindHabits.com (the “Site”), operated by RLI Investing Group, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, online store, courses, coaching, digital content, memberships, software, and any other products or services offered through HeartMindHabits.com (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our Services. Individuals 16–17 may participate only with explicit parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Access Rules

5.1 Auto-Bill (Not Auto-Charge)

Subscriptions do not auto-charge your payment method. Instead:

• The system generates an invoice on your renewal date.
• You have 24 hours past the due date to pay the invoice.
• If the invoice remains unpaid after that window, your access will be suspended until payment is made.
• Once payment is received, access is restored.

5.2 Access During Nonpayment

Unpaid invoices result in:

• Immediate access suspension
• No guarantee of saved progress or access to gated content during nonpayment periods
• Reactivation only after invoice completion

6. Coaching Sessions & Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Scheduling

Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the approved scheduling tool after purchase.

6.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 3 times, and each reschedule must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

6.3 Missed Sessions

Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) are forfeited and not eligible for refund or complimentary rescheduling.

6.4 No Guarantees

Coaching provides guidance and support, but results vary and no specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

7. Refunds & All Sales Final Policy

Unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific product, all sales are final as allowed by applicable law.

Refunds, when granted at our sole discretion, will be issued minus any payment processor fees, as we cannot refund fees withheld by third-party payment processors.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Digital downloads
• Software
• Courses (self-paced or live)
• Coaching sessions
• Membership access
• Workshops or webinars
• Gift cards
• Failure to use a purchased product
• Inability to attend a live event after purchase

Certain special programs may have their own refund policy, clearly displayed at purchase.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on HeartMindHabits.com, including but not limited to:

• Text
• Videos
• Audio
• Worksheets
• PDFs
• Software / plugins
• Branding, logos, and designs
• Course materials
• Coaching frameworks
• Proprietary methods
• Digital downloads

…is the exclusive property of RLI Investing Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You MAY NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display any materials
• Resell or sublicense software or tools
• Share login access or download links
• Reverse-engineer or modify software
• Remove copyright notices
• Claim the content as your own
• Use materials for training others unless explicitly licensed

Violation of IP terms may result in account termination and legal action.

9. User Conduct & Community Rules

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptions within group spaces
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data
• Use bots or automated tools to access secure content
• Interfere with servers, hosting, or security

12. Termination of Access

• Failure to pay subscription invoices

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
