✨ Child Page Visualizer
Transform boring lists of links into elegant, visual content grids.
Say goodbye to manual link lists. Child Page Visualizer automatically scans your current page, finds its sub-pages (children), and displays them in a modern, responsive card grid. It’s the perfect tool for creating portal pages, service directories, or visual tables of contents.
You can download this FREE PLUGIN from the WordPress Plugin Store!
🚀 Key Features
🖼️ Smart Image Handling The plugin makes sure your grid always looks polished. It follows a smart “fallback” logic for every card:
Featured Image: Checks the child page first.
Custom Default: If missing, uses your globally configured fallback image.
Auto-Placeholder: If all else fails, generates a clean, neutral placeholder so the layout never breaks.
📱 Fully Responsive Design Built with modern CSS Grid, your layouts look perfect on every device.
Desktop: You control the column count (1–6).
Mobile: Automatically adjusts to a single-column view for easy reading.
⚙️ Easy Admin Configuration Set your global preferences once in Settings > Child Pages Grid:
Select a default fallback image from your Media Library.
Toggle metadata like Author, Date, or Preview Text.
Set the default number of columns per row.
⚡ Flexible Shortcode Overrides Need a specific page to look different? You can override any global setting directly in the shortcode (see below).
